    Why? Well, the main reason for me is that I have an appointment . To me, an appointment means I have to show up . Otherwise I’m dishonoring the person to whom I made a commitment. Furthermore, I have my own personal cheerleader who is encouraging me every time.

    The best part though? My back , which has ached for years (really…years) is finally strong , and it only hurts if I twist it in some odd way. There is no longer the chronic discomfort I presumed I’d have to live with for the rest of my life . And I can actually feel muscles in my arms and legs and torso! I’m a 46 year-old woman, and this is exciting news to me.

    I can’t say that I’ve magically stopped overeating, but I am definitely able to say that working out on a regular basis has kept me from completely losing my shape. I’ve certainly had enough people ask me whether I’ve lost weight (when, in fact, I have not), so this must be working in my favor!

    Another aspect of SuperSlow Zone® that I particularly like is the fact that I don’t come out after a workout drenched in sweat . That fact alone makes the whole thing a worthwhile investment! I can usually go in wearing my work clothes (this works for me, because I happen to work in a job that allows me to dress casually). And, I must admit, in spite of my love of music, I rather like not having to listen to loud and annoying (or in fact any) music during my workout.

    The Instructors are professional, respectful and encouraging as well as being personable and patient (especially with the likes of me). I feel very fortunate to have listened to my friend nag me into coming to SuperSlow Zone®, and I am quite comfortable recommending it to others who want to commit themselves to an effective workout.

    Sandra Hate To Exercise – Muscle & Strength Worth Every Minute For 5+ Year

    I have always wanted to try a personal trainer but was either too lazy or too embarrassed to figure out how to get one at the local “Y” or the local gym.     I started last April 2008 [almost 4 years now!] and everything that Kevin and his crew advertise is true . You have a personal trainer. And, on occasion there might be some other person finishing or starting their workout while you are there. They are very thorough before you start and as you progress . And, you do make progress! They want to know your medical history and care about how you are feeling each time you work out.

    I am over 50 and I know I will have trouble losing weight (I love food and hate to exercise.) But now that I have done SuperSlow Zone® for several months…I feel better. My clothes fit better and I know that I am stronger. I have no trouble picking up my 5 year old daughter with one arm . I have muscle definition (who knew?) And, it is aerobic. But what I love most is that it is a 20-25 minute workout and you are done! You schedule at your convenience and the staff is always very courteous and helpful . Try it!

    My favorite sport is golf. I am a golfer . So, I want to hit golf shots that are longer and straighter with accuracy and consistency – now and later as I grow older. Hitting the ball farther and with accuracy requires proper techniques with both physical strength and physical stability.

    When I first visited SuperSlow Zone®, I asked Kevin, the owner, if he could help me hit the golf ball longer and straighter. He laughed and said, “I can certainly help you hit it farther, but it’s up to you to hit it straighter.”

    I have been training with the SuperSlow Zone® protocol for about five years now. During that time, my strength, posture, stamina and stability have all improved substantially .

    I am stronger now, and maybe as strong as I have ever been . My posture is better during all physical activities. I am more stable during all physical activities. And I have more stamina. Better posture, more stability and more stamina helps me to improve and maintain the proper stance when hitting the golf ball throughout a round of golf.

    I can now hit the golf ball further than ever and straighter more often . Even Tiger Woods has trouble hitting the ball far and accurately all of the time.

    But more importantly, I can do all physical things better and longer . I’ve noticed that throughout the day or when I travel, I have more energy and stamina to move quicker and get more things done. In general, because I am stronger, I feel better and I do better.

    I encourage all of my friends and relatives to begin a program for strength training as soon as possible. And I think the SuperSlow Zone® program is best. It is safer, provides for immediate and measurable strength growth, and takes a minimal amount of time.

    I have been working out regularly at SuperSlow Zone® since July 2005. Before that, I had been going to a local gym, which was okay, but after some time it became very boring.     Avid Avid Surfer Does A Workout That Works! Strength, Endurance & NO Injuries.

    I’ve tried many workout routines to get fit for my primary passion—surfing. Nothing seemed to have a noticeable impact for the amount of time invested. I’d end up either burned out or injured. I wanted a routine that would make me stronger, not prevent me from doing the things I love.
